Cool off in our beautiful pool, a favorite feature of the lodge. Guests love hanging out by the pool with a coconut in hand and enjoying its cool waters on a hot day. Families and kids in particular love our kid-friendly shallow end! There is plenty of space for social distancing.

“You know your in a good spot when you hear your teenager mumble to himself “this is a cool spot”. After arriving during a long day of travel, we were greeted by the delightful hotel manager Maria. She could not of been more accommodating by keeping the kitchen open after getting lost from the airport (that is another story). If you want to stay away from the tourists and have a more authentic experience, this is the spot for you. The villas are equipped with everything you need.”

The closest airport to the resort is Liberia (airport code LIR) and is 1.5 hours away. A number of airlines offer direct routes to Liberia airport from key travel hubs in USA, Canada, and Central America.
We are located in a beautiful beach neighborhood surrounded by some of Costa Rica’s best swimming and surfing beaches. The closest beach to the property, Playa Lagartillo, is only 200m away and offers a perfect setting for swimming. Playa Avellanas, a great swimming and surfing beach, is just 1.3km away and Playa Negra, an excellent surfing beach, is 2.5km away.
Your health and wellness is our number one priority. Medical care in Costa Rica is modern and affordable. There are public and private hospitals nearby that can treat illness and injury, including COVID-19. Our staff can help anyone who is ill access Costa Rica’s excellent health care facilities. Travel health insurance is now mandatory for tourists entering Costa Rica.
Our property is located 40 mins. away from Tamarindo, the biggest tourist hub in Guanacaste province so there is no shortage of activities and tours available in the area. But you don’t have to travel far for entertainment! Surfing, SUP, horseback riding, zip-lining, mountain biking, kayaking, and other adventure activities can be enjoyed in our area. Health and wellness activities include daily yoga classes, massage, facials, and spa-days.
