Liberia Airport (LIR) is about 90 mins from the lodge. A number of airlines offer direct flights to Liberia from key travel hubs in the USA, Canada, and Latin America.

We are located in a beautiful beach neighborhood, surrounded by some of Costa Rica’s best swimming and surfing beaches. The closest beach to the property is Playa Lagartillio, about 200 meters away and offers white sand and great swimming. Playa Avellanas is great for both swimming and surfing and is 1.5 Kilometers away and Playa Negra, with legendary surfing is 2.5 Kilometers away.

Your heath and wellness are our top priority. Medical care is modern and affordable in Costa Rica and there are public and private options that can treat illness and injury, should the need arise. 

Our property is located 40 minutes away from Tamarindo, one of the largest tourist centers in Guanacaste. There is no shortage of activities and tours available, but you don’t even need to travel that far! Surfing, SUP, horseback riding, mountain biking, hiking, zip-lining, kayaking, and other adventure activities are available! If wellness is what you seek – join us for yoga, spa services, or a moment of meditation on the beach

There are quite a few great  restaurants nearby, with options for lunch and dinner to fit all budgets and tastes. Our staff can help you choose or arrange for pick up or delivery.  Of course, Lelo’s is onsite and available to tantalize your tastebuds, as well.
